Nationalism basic questions

Nationalism was the making of nations within the world. It was thought that people should just believe in god and that was the ideal way to live but when nationalism came along it made a big fuss because each nation would be able to pay attention to their nations own interest. It was the middle class movement to have the nations be on the people not a dynastic ( a ruling family), god, or imperial domination. The Native American Iroquois also created a nation but strives to keep a sovereign sate but also wanted to keep their identity as people. Nationalism created different views on topics and created many problems but did do our society good.

Heyyyyy Marisssssssa!!!!
Waz Up! My topic is The Telegraph! I am pretty sure that you can figure out what my topic is about. Our topics relate becuase the telegraph sped up news and made it so news wasnt just local but... NATIONAL! Before people didnt get news from other places, and if they did it took a while to get! After the telegraph helped speed up news people felt more connected to other places and knew what was going on in other places! :)

WAAAAAZZZZZ UP^-^!!!
My topic is the industrial revolution!!! our topics relate because during the industrial revolution, rail rodes were built and the telegraph was made! with out these inventions the forming of nations would be hard to achieve! the railroads helped connect people to other countries and telegraphs helped people communicate between counties. these 2 inventions were part of what made nationalism happen . ~peaceness~ MORGEN

Hey Marissa,
As you know my topic is Mexican Independence. When I was reading on your topic I found that the people in your topic as well as mine were in search of making decisions on there own-to be independent. I am going to research more about your topic so I can make some more connections....
